Relevant Experience

• 25 years experience installing, servicing and maintaining Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and mechanical building services.
• 6 years experience in the determination of planned maintenance schedules. Design, documentation, tender, and supervision of many specific, energy management capital and minor new works projects. Provision of technical advice in the field of mechanical services, including indoor air quality and OH&S related investigations.
• 5 years experience in the field of energy management for ACT Government owned / operated facilities incorporating a total expenditure of $5.5M; with recurrent savings of $1M per annum. Experience in presenting seminars on Indoor Air Quality.

• 35 years experience with the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, ductwork manufacturing and installations to numerous ACT and interstate facilities.

• Extensive experience of Mechanical plant & equipment installations, particularly with ducted air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.

• Filip has a long standing association with FMS, and has been gainfully employed by us on a part time basis during his school break holidays over two years.
• He has proven to be keen, enthusiastic and hardworking and as such was provided an apprenticeship with FMS after completing college. Filip has demonstrated exceptional skills and understanding of the requirements of the trade and the work in particular. Filip has been awarded the ‘Parker Hannifin Encouragement Award’ for his year at the CIT.
• Since completing his apprenticeship Filip has proved to be a quality pipe fitter and metal fabricator.

• As a qualified Carpenter, and with 8 years’ experience with ductwork and mechanical plant installation, Blake is a very versatile member of the team, particularly with fabrication and ductwork and plant installation.
• Blake is experienced with working throughout all facets of HVAC plant upgrades and refurbishment works within numerous types of facility, from the demolition stage through to works completion.
• Extensive experience of Mechanical plant & equipment installations, particularly with ducted air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems.
